Sending a Remote Assistance Request

Go to Start and click on Help and Support

Then Ask for assistance.

Invite someone to help you

Use e-mail, to find the address in your address book click on address book. Followed by Invite this person.

Type in your name and a message.

Suggest 2 or 3 hours for the time, then add a password of your choice ( the recipient will need this ), then send it.

If you have any problems then the request can be sent again.

3rd party firewall's generally need to be turned off when the recipient tries to connect to your PC.
